We recognize the power of digital technology and data-driven solutions in connecting these farmers to essential resources, including extension services, markets, and financial opportunities.
Drawing from our pioneering work in Agriculture and Livelihoods, we have successfully designed and implemented capacity-building programs that prioritize gender mainstreaming. By focusing on improving outreach, membership, and leadership opportunities for women within Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), we aim to empower them both institutionally and at the household level. Through dedicated efforts in gender analysis, training, and establishing meaningful partnerships, we are fostering the empowerment of women smallholder farmers.
Our innovative solutions play a crucial role in establishing strong linkages and mutually beneficial relationships between FPOs and a diverse array of stakeholders and institutions. This includes buyers, suppliers, extension services, technology providers, and financial service providers. By facilitating these connections, we contribute significantly to strengthening the livelihoods of smallholder farmers and promoting gender equity within the agricultural domain.
