Susanta is a finance professional with more than 23 years of experience in Accounts and Finance in both not-for-profit and for-profit organizations. Before joining Grameen Foundation India, Susanta worked as the Chief Finance Officer of K.K Group of Institutions, a reputed educational institute.

Arindam holds a bachelor degree in commerce from Calcutta University. He has also done his MBA with specialization in Marketing From Bhavan’s Institute of Management Science (Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan) under Kalyani University. He has got an overall experience of almost two decades ranging from Pharma, Advertising, Banking & Finance.

Bharati is a seasoned development sector leader with over 24 years of experience. Prior to joining Grameen, she worked as the CEO and Managing Director at Indian Grameen Services, A Basix Group Company. Her prior experiences includes working at CARE India as a Program Director and other leading social impact organizations. Bharati has engaged in the sector of Livelihoods for most part of her work-life, besides human and institutional capacity enhancement.

Brent Chism is Strategic Advisor of Grameen Foundation USA. Since 2017, he served as Executive Vice President of Programs. In addition to his Grameen duties, he serves as CEO for TaroWorks, a social enterprise that Grameen Foundation launched to develop mobile tools for field agents working in the offline area of emerging markets.
