In addition to his Grameen duties, he serves as CEO for TaroWorks, a social enterprise that Grameen Foundation launched to develop mobile tools for field agents working in the offline area of emerging markets.

Neela Saldanha is Executive Director of The Yale Research Initiative on Innovation and Scale (Y-RISE) at Yale University, which advances research on the effects of policy interventions delivered at scale.
