Shipping and Delivery
This policy outlines the delivery of access and materials for events and training programs.
1. Tickets, Passes, and Access Credentials
- This event/program does not involve the shipping of physical tickets or passes. All delegate passes, registration confirmations, and access credentials for training programs (e.g., login details, virtual meeting links) are delivered electronically via email immediately upon successful payment. Please ensure your email address is correct during registration/enrollment.
2. Physical Deliverables (for events only)
- Physical items, such as the delegate kit, badges, and any sponsor materials, are not shipped. They will be available for pickup on-site at the registration desk upon check-in for the event.
3. Digital Deliverables
- Digital event materials (e.g., reports, modules) and digital training program materials (e.g., course content, supplementary resources) will be delivered via email or made available on a secure online platform. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access these materials prior to or during the event/program.
4. Off-Site Visits
- Certain off-site visits are in-person services. No physical items will be shipped for these activities. Participation details and a briefing will be provided to you electronically prior to the event.
