Rajnikant is a Development Professional with over 19 years of work experience in rural livelihood promotion mainly in project implementation, management & leadership, advisory, business development, capacity building and partnership. Before joining Grameen he has worked with organizations like PRADAN, IIM-A, Access Livelihoods Consulting India, BASICS Ltd. (Holding Company of BASIX Social Enterprise Group). He was last associated with Bandhan Konnagar as Director (PMU-SJY)-Managing partners and programmes. His core competency lies in organizational development, management and institution- building (Farmers Producer Organization, Women SHGs, SHGs clusters & Federation,), Agri value chain interventions, critical management support in establishment of business enterprises.

Rajnikant did his PG Diploma in Rural Management from Xavier Institute of Management (XIMB), Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, India. He likes to travel in remote rural areas and knowing about different livelihoods opportunities for rural communities.
