Grameen Foundation India is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Executive to join our communication team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage with our target audience, and drive engagement. With your expertise in social media platforms and content creation, you will play a vital role in growing our online presence and ensuring the success of our social media campaigns.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to promote brand visibility, increase followers, and drive engagement across various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other visual and written materials.
- Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and conversations around our brand to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
- Schedule and publish social media content using social media management tools, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers in a timely and professional manner, maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with the program team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall communication objectives and target audience preferences.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand our reach and drive collaborations.
- Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings across various platforms, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 -3 years of work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for social media channels.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
